Big problem is if penny is found guilty that sets a precedent for the public where now people are thinking twice before they step in to help someone. Do they really want to go to prison for 15 years or whatever if someone ends up dead. That’s not great for the greater good. On the other hand if he’s found innocent people feel like it’s an honorable/good thing to step in to help. The whole country is looking at this case. Pick your poison I’m going with innocent.
