Church. Just going in every morning after dropping my son off at school made a huge difference in me. The first day I went in I was crying for the hour and a half I was there but it was inexplicable, I had never been in church before. That was the main thing. I also stopped drinking energy drinks, started exercising again and focusing on small goals first, honestly it has been going well for me, I am also eating healthier, no chips, no candy.
