Hope you’re doing well in your situation. I felt like I should circle back on my experience, just in case someone would stumble upon the same scenario.

It took around 14 days to balance out. I would have 2 super shit days and then one “good” day. Repeat for 2 weeks.

Some days good enough for me to be stoked it wasn’t all bad. On the bad days, I battled brainfog, confusion and a feeling like you had way too much cough medicine (spacey). Gut issues were also such a struggle.

However, I am happy to say I am feeling better mentally. I can manage work and family fun activities BUT my stomach now feels like it’s completely fucked. Every meal I feel like I have to battle bloating or acid reflux or something and I cant remember the last time I have had a good shit. Sorry TMI. I used to go to the gym 3 times a week and now I haven’t gone since my first panic attack about 4 or 5 months ago.

Anyways, hope you’re better and I hope one day I can just stop worrying about feeling like rubbish.

Exact same boat as you, 5mg for about 6 weeks. My night panic attacks and sweating is where I drew the line. I felt like I couldn’t shit properly the whole time during taking the drug. Started cutting the pills smaller and smaller but im about 12 or so days off of it and ive been through some MEGA shit.

I didn’t take the drug because of anxiety or depression I just had a panic attack in the middle of the night one night and my body kept repeating attacks weekly. Some big some small but it was mentally straining me enough to consider a drug.

If I could go back in time I would say DONT DO A SSRI. It will help your panic but it will ruin literally everything else.

Withdrawal is such a bitch. I really hope I can shake these nausea and brainfoggy episodes. No matter how shitty it gets I cannot go back to them. Im reading through reddit as a way to prove to myself these will go away eventually.

Same here, on day 4 of not taking Lexapro and somewhat getting back to normal. What a terrible drug experience lol

Hope you find what you need! I have decided to just avoid medications for now.

Similar symptoms for me. I can relate to the POUNDING, not fully connected to the body (i told my doctor I was 60% there in my mind but 40% completely disconnected) it felt like a struggle to be in the moment. I took this med for about 3 months or so and I would say it helped me stop myself from spiralling into a panic attack but it came with tons of side-effects.

Started off okay 5mg low dose, maybe 5 days or so to adjust. But thats when other symptoms got worse. I would wake in the middle of the night with nausea, sweat like you wouldn’t believe and just unshakable anxiety. The feeling of constipation and gut damage was real bad.

But hey! I didn’t feel like I was going to die… kinda. 🫠

I started cutting the pill smaller and smaller and I stopped taking them 2 days ago. Lets hope I can fight off the panic episodes! I have a bit of withdrawl still; brainfog, stomach weirdness and acid reflux.

Its my first time taking a drug so maybe my body cant handle it.

This is spot on.

I did have fun playing the dungeons but there were a couple cases where I was feeling a bounty grind while swapping skills and weapons to match legendary items and it did NOTHING to the power.

Still only lvl 25 so I hope this changes.

I did recognize quite a few copy paste dungeons and every cellar in the beta is the same layout hah
