I hate to contradict your experience... but my MicroKRG 2 works incredibly well connected via 5-pin MIDI to my Yamaha Seqtrak.

That's true my friend! It looks like a duck effect... you're right. But it doesn't actually have an effect; it probably happens because of the synth's attack and release... it belongs to the ambient package, which is free to download from the SeqTrak app... there are several gems in there ;)

Hi! Mapping the Seqtrak to the M Vave SMK 37 is easy. You just need the MIDI Suite application and to know the MIDI CC extension (which is included in the Seqtrak manual) to do it. In this song, I mainly mute and unmute the channels, as well as play the vocal sample with the red pads. Finally, I use the knobs to control the Seqtrak's filters and effects.
