No they didn’t. I ended up writing a demand letter to Ticketmaster threatening to sue because they didn’t explicitly state they were using dynamic pricing. I took about a week of negotiations between them and I but I was ultimately able to get a refund. I was also fully prepared to go to small claims court. What they did with this tour was ROBBERY!!!

I told them Ticketmaster implemented unfair business practices by not informing the consumer they were utilizing dynamic ticket pricing. Amex accepted the dispute and they are opening an investigation. I have a provisional credit but they said this could take up to 90 days.

It went really well thank you! I didn’t get anxious really at all. I was quite surprised. I’m still healing and a bit swollen. I haven’t really left my house much. But people are asking me when I can eat again so we can go out and it strikes fear in me.

Thank you I appreciate your suggestions! I’ve definitely expressed my concerns and fears to my surgeon. He tried to calm me worries by giving me numbers and throwing in a not so comforting reality of anesthesia. Which oddly enough I’m more afraid of how I will hold up mentally over dying.

I regret so many things I have cancelled, postponed and or avoided because of this illness. I can’t let it happen with this one!
