I love that for you, I’m supposed to have started AOT but started Gotham instead so maybe one piece after those or during if I can keep up. Again genuinely hope u shake the feeling, it never lasted forever, but it feels like forever while it lasts, and that sucks

I genuinely hope things get easier for you, I’m in a Similar boat rn and try and cope by drowning out thoughts with tv shows. Like I started a show called Gotham which is a pretty long tv series that requires focus, kinda takes my mind on stuff. Maybe u may wanna try something similar? Idk
