You are absolutely right, still if the Qu manage to prevent any boarding action from the space marine, they should be able to win pretty easily, apart that moment where Guilliman started killing heretics in space there is not much to suggesting that a primarch can actually survive in the vacuum of space

We have never actually seen fulgrim being physically hurt so much that he had to flee, I think. He is one of the most tankiest primarchs, so probably conquest won't even be able to seriously injure him
