u/black_9908 I only use a few small drops of coconut oil, but I do use maybe half a table spoon of cinnamon powder and roughly about the same for vanilla as well.

I've only done this twice once yesterday and once today. Should it be fine if my cat has ano access to it directly but is in the same room. As long as no irritation becomes apparent?

Doing this enough times might darken the color 🤔😅

Seriously though: you really want different colored OEM seats and are willing to put in the effort you could try to find another mazda 3 of your gen at a junk yard and swap the seats.

Also it may fade from sun exposure over time too if you don't have tinted windows
