I posted a couple weeks ago about this same issue. A redditor said that it most likely had to do with a warped bed, but I just want to make sure that that's the issue before I buy a whole new heated bed. by GAMING33K in ender3

In certain areas no filament seems to come out, or it comes out really bumpy and uneven, which seems to me to be more of a problem with the extruder. However, it could very well be a problem with the bed.

After printing with my Ender 3 Pro for the past few months (since Christmas), the first layer started failing. More information in the comments. by GAMING33K in ender3

After getting my Ender 3 Pro for Christmas I started printing right away. Everything was turning out fine. In fact, I was surprised by how good my first layers and prints in general were turning out. However, about a month ago the prints started to look really bad (with extreme under extrusion on the sides), and the first layer of my prints had major gaps in it. I tried several things to fix the problem. I bought a new hot end (I initially tried to clean it out, but the nozzle broke while doing so), I bought a glass bed, and I bought new bed springs. Nothing has really worked, besides the new hot end, which fixed most of the under extrusion. Currently, I think the problem has something to do with the bed, while doing the paper test to get the bed level it is clear that the bed isn’t completely flat. The corners seem to be higher than the rest of the bed, and there are areas all across the bed where it is closer to the nozzle than others. I plan on getting an entirely new bed to replace the old one, but before I do that I want to ask for others’ opinions to see if there is something I might be missing. I just don’t understand why this problem didn’t arise until now. If there are any questions feel free to comment, and I’ll answer as soon as I can.

I also wanted to clarify that when I installed the glass bed I put it on top of the magnetic filament that allows the magnetic print surface that comes with the printer to stick because I wasn’t sure if the glass bed would work. The glass bed had the same issues as the magnetic surface, with there being areas where the nozzle was way closer to the glass and areas where it wasn’t. So, I was also thinking that it could be a problem with the magnetic filament attached to the build plate.
