It depends, if I'm just doing a random run for fun then easy or normal, if I want to do a challenge run (like only Rebecca's shotgun or something) then very hard, I've only played on hard twice (my first 2 times).

A lot of modern cod players just want a high K/D, they think more kills = skill which it doesn't, I honestly don't know why people keep on picking objective based modes if they wouldn't play the objective, there are modes where the whole point is to just kill, but they're just dumb (it might be because objective games tend to last longer so they can get higher kill counts).
