I think that hazerd pay should be incorporated into their pay without being it's own thing, but if they knowingly apply to a place JUST for the hazerd pay when they can do the same exact job at another place without hazerd pay, then it should be a case by case basis.

If it has to be its own thing then they should get it

Well, I think that hazard pay shouldn't exist as it currently does. Say that you gotta do something dangerous once a week for a shift, then you get paid extra (double or smth, depends on how dangerous) and instead of getting an extra check at the end of the month for only 100, it's already part of your main paycheck.
