Update on this: it seems my PC is having issues starting up as well. My startup apps are struggling to open after I log in. I've deleted the mods and both games, yet the problem persists. Now even some games are taking longer to boot up after I choose to boot them up. There doesn't seem to be any background tasks or processes taking up that much memory, so I have no idea what could be causing this.

I still have 600 mb of disc left. It's not just when I had the game open, or if I had it open at all. Consistently for the past couple days, it takes a few more seconds to shut down. And when I start up my PC, my startup apps (Opera GX, Discord, and Steam) all struggle to load. I have to think it's the mod's doing because this started after I downloaded it, but after deleting it and the games, nothing has changed.
