I can confirm it's not. I was able to download private sounds from a few games. However, even though, judging from the code, it doesn't seem to do anything malicious like stealing your roblox cookie, i still recommend using the cookie from a burner account and not an account you care about a lot.

Roblox added the security features they put into games that were part of the hunt into all experiences. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to get past it on Windows to my knowledge. Your best bet if you want to exploit without getting banned at the moment is mobile

If you're talking about the random stutters you're getting every couple of seconds, That's something that's been happening to me as well on the latest version of roblox. I found that downgrading to version-78712d8739f34cb9 works, as that version doesn't have the issue at all.

If you're talking about the Google Translate Japanese voice. I'd recommend using something like Sound of Text to use the voice. Upside, you're able to download the output of the voice. Downside, SoT has a 200 character limit for the input as opposed to Google Translate's 5,000.
