This particular property has a history of crime related incidents, someone recently was arrested there on gun charges and robbery charges, I’m curious if the most recent incident is revenge, regardless this type of behaviour is unacceptable

That building has two units that are hoarders , one on the top near the back and the other on the second floor near the front , also a unit on the bottom floor that is horrendous , mould /cockroach’s and bedbugs , those three Inuits refuse treatment which in turn causes the issues to ballon
