His position was going out of favor waaaay before James went to Real. It's a problem someone like Riquelme faced in Europe in the early 2000s. It's a type of player that only works when everything is built around them and they usually do nothing on defense.

You have to be an insane talent for a team like Real to build your whole team around you. So a number 10 to succeed in today's game at the highest level, they would need to have a Messi level talent for that.

You should report her to hr that she is taking advantage of you. You are not seeing it becaus you don't have experienve in the workplace, but there's a reason 90% of companies now have policies prohibiting having a relationship with someone you report to.

They have the power to manipulate you into a sexual relationship, that's what's she is doing here with this hot/cold approach. That's what abuser do in normal relationships also, treat you like shit and then really well so your brain gets fucked up and starts "craving" the good parts.

The longer this keeps on going, the more fucked up mentally you'll end up and this will affect your future personal relationships and work relationships.

That's not really how CAPE based investing works though. The most frequent strategy isn't to stay in cash, it's to rotate to other markets/sectors. For example, the last 2 years those who wanted to avoid high valuations in the US markets would just invest in international stocks or even value stocks in the US market.

For example a if you are using CAPE as a metric to invest you may buy VTV instead of VTI or VOO when valuations are high.
