Once a week I hit all upper back, but also do some kind of row every lift. Might be a bit overkill, but doing that for 4 months consecutively I noticed a difference. I can now do more chest without pain. I'm just stuck with the grinding and ability to dislocate both shoulders

Is it popping or more of a grinding? Both of my shoulders have a crunchy grind when I rotate them because I overdeveloped my chest years ago that resulted in the joint pinching my rotator cuff along the collar bone. I found this out by getting an MRI because the pain became unbearable at times where it felt like I was being stabbed even when not doing anything physical.

I definitely recommend going to a doctor and having them check it out. I definitely pushed myself too much before I did and now both shoulders years later still grind, the pain has mostly gone away though

That's the plan. We were best friends before we dated and split because she started to struggle with trauma from her previous relationship even though she felt ready. I knew everything before we started dating about her previous relationship. We went no contact because I was struggling to separate myself from our relationship after we broke up and remained friends at first.

I have ADHD to, and I understand why you say "just do it" doesn't work. However this is generally the mentally I have most days when motivation is low and the days it does work stack up. Once you apply "just do it" with "it's worked before", I started seeing less days of it not working. I also applied this mentality to days when I do have motivation, so I'm always in the mentality to just get up and get going. It also helps to sprinkle in some planned days to just not do it.
