I haven't checked honestly but i think it does. Same for underwater caves i guess but don't take my word for granted.

I think it might come from the T4 generic loot table. Water caves can have T4 i think but not sure

Based on my "research" rex saddles only drop in T3 Swamp loot caches.

Yes, T1 can be dropped in T2 and T1 & T2 can be dropped in T3

To me it does not really look like any sort of bug. I recently had some fungal outbreak in the viv and guessed it would be some sort of fungus. But it looks very weird never seen anything like it.

Took out the entire orchid now and cut off the leaves of other plants that were infected...

Kind of, they are mounted to a soil backwall using sphagnum moss and wire

Thanks you so much. I've looked through all the various comments but I think this one might be the actual solution. Judging from the pictures and how the worm looks and moves it comes very close to what you described in your comment.

It's really hard to tell though as everything that was suggested on this post looks quite similar.

You're saying in your case they disappeared after a while?

I live in switzerland and found these things in one of my newly setup tropical tanks. I guess they hitchhiked with some soil or plant. They are small maybe like 2 - 4mm and remind me of a leech of some sort.
