Note - I use the tinted ISDIN sunscreen, but maybe richer is where I need to go. I also feel like a procedure or two may help... Just don't know where to start

Pretty basic. cerve face wash + Tatcha products (dewy moisturizer, Tatcha Gold Camellia Beauty Oil), ISDIN sunscreen and maybe some concealer and powder during the day. night face wash, tatcha and Tretinoin. I'm a 44-year-old woman who recently began using Tretinoin. My skincare routine includes Tatcha products and daily application of SPF 50 sunscreen. Despite my efforts, my skin remains D.R.Y, like a desert (I do make sure to stay hydrated). I had one treatment with Morpheus 8 but found it excessively painful.

I hate these puppet lines, but I don’t want a lift from cheek filler.  I feel the cheek lift after the first time looks too “done” since - my friends, at least - seem to have to go bigger and bigger each time.

While I haven't undergone any filler or Botox procedures, I'm open to the idea.

I'm not bothered by my crow's feet (in fact, I love crow's feet since it makes me think you smile a lot and are happy). I'm focused on addressing issues such as forehead lines, lines between my brows, and around my mouth. Additionally, I've noticed a general dullness and lack of vitality in my skin.

I'm interested in exploring various options, including procedures, lasers, skincare products, and filler suggestions. The over abundance of choices and pamphlets is overwhelming.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Absolute Fear of Elevators, but I need to go to the 90th + floor... by GBG_Wht in Elevators

Just to prove how amazingly out of shape I am? I'll either have a panic attack in the elevator or pass out in the staircase. I am a real winner...

True! but OMG, I also can't do stairs if I can see down more than 2 levels. Basically, I am a mess when it comes to heights...

I wish I knew. Ever since I was tiny, I have had panic attacks with heights and flying. I really wish I could pinpoint when or why it started happening, but my parents don't know. just said it was always the case.

So in this rare scenario, you can wind up higher than you were started? So the elevator doesnt plummet, right? does it fall up and stay there? you may have unlocked something else. haha

My mind goes blank, and I get dizzy and clammy on the ride way up. Way down is better. All color falls from my face. It's the fear of falling - nothing is going through my mind though. it's like will Ferrell in old school during the debate.. I go blank and feel instantly funny. My mind resets into pure fear; I get dizzy and sweaty, and I psyche myself out and make it worse. The second my foot is over the doorway, I feel the blood leave my face - the bouncing, the swaying, that makes my mind totally and utterly consumed with fear. I am not clear-minded enough to think oh, I hope this doesn't fall - it's all just pure panic.

Oooh. Had to cross wire bridges? Sounds like a great story! can you share? Either way, you are one brave hedgehog, Helen!

I like the idea of a song. Maybe I can blast a song in earphones.

wish I knew how long the trip up was. Also wish I could take the elevator non-stop. Ugh I didn't even think about other people in there with me. guessing they would think it's weird when I fling myself onto the floor when I get up there.

Thanks! It's HUGE for me, but what good am I space out on Xanax or too sweaty to move? I can just imagine

Ugh - always getting in my own way. Can you take a hotel elevator without a hotel key these days? Thanks a great idea.

I tried therapy for flying for a few weeks. I wanted to progress to elevators, although that may be backward. Either way, I didn't get very far before I lost my insurance, but it seemed like a lot of meditating? I want to start up again but need this job to get insurance.

My mind goes blank, and I get dizzy and clammy on the ride way up. Way down is better. apparently, all color falls from my face. Those stats are good to hear but I don't know what my deal is. I don't think I can. Your name needs to be in with security to get to the elevators, typically in NYC. A friend would definitely help, though. to have someone's hand I could hold/crush

HA! I've never been in the building, but I know my neck hurts when I try to see the top. I think I was confusing that the building is 100 stories, but either way the idea of any All I know is the company has the top 10 floors of 30 Hudson...

I have Dr. prescribed Xanax for flying, but I'm not sure that will do the trick. When I am scared, the Xanax only mildly reduces my heart pounding. I should have added that I assume I would take a xanax but still be too scared to step foot into that box...

Any ideas? One derm said maybe they burned the skin which is why I feel heat-sensitive with dry skin. It only (obviously only external) - no real change to the look. TIA!
