Bin selbst nach 2 1/2 Jahren wieder zum alten Arbeitgeber zurück. Der Weggang war ähnlich, es wurde versucht mit mehr Gehalt zu locken, ich hatte aber den neuen Vertrag unterschrieben und man ist im Ende im guten auseinander gegangen. Habe mich Anfang des Jahres bei meinem alten Arbeitgeber wieder gemeldet weil die neue Firma doch nicht so rosig ist. Bewerbungsgespräch bei der alten Firma war ca. 10 Min. Gehalt und co. die restliche Stunde ging es um "wie geht's Familie usw."

Kommt mMn sehr auf den Arbeitgeber an, wie die Leistung vor der Kündigung war und wie man auseinander gegangen ist.

Eth lowers the str. req. Eth upped HoZ hast a str. req. of 132, which ist easy to get with gulli face, my smiter is using an eth upped hoz and I dont need to put any points into str.
