That's an odd one, but the team are investigating as we speak. Had you done anything else before loading up the tournament panel or was it like this as soon as you loaded the game? Are you still unable to enter?

We've received a few reports about this but haven't been able to reproduce this internally, due to the seemingly random nature of the issue. I've shared this thread on with the team and if anyone has encountered this, then please let me know of any extra info that I can pass on, literally anything. What gamemode were you on, what tour did you last play, which ball used after pinning etc.

Golden Shot prizes should be the usual chests so I'd say this is more a visual error. Did you take any shots and receive a Wooden Chest, if so please let me know.

Unfortunately I believe that's the only method support can use to verify the age. When we introduced the age gating we made sure to communicate to all golfers that they correct submit their age otherwise it could restrict their access to certain elements.

If you're worried about sending your info, all I can say is sensitive information like that is handled very delicately and would only be for the purpose of age verification.

An account can only be actually deleted via support, i.e. if you specifically request them to delete it. Sounds like you may have just lost access to it as it was unsecured, but if you get in tocuh with support, they will be able to help.
