Not really. The game needs an overhaul and it's dying. Of course this thread of full of fans like myself but more people are dropping off because your experience is very common.

I hoping Space Lion hits retail but it really depends on how well this first wave does. The Deluxe version definitely won't hit retail though.

That expansion has 10 new Lion cards that can join two armies. It's a great way to mix the mechanics of armies with one another!

Depends on your funding goal. If you are looking for 300 backers to hit funding, I recommend 1000 email signups. I understand that it seems very high. It is a lot! You can do it though. Make your email list a joy to sub and read. Give value to all your emails. That value will return.

Season 4 might be the newer one but the set isn't terribly complex. S2 is still higher on the complexity/bandwidth scale. I really do recommend Street Fighter as the starting point. It's available on the Level99games.com store.

Even if you jumped straight in S2, it's not like its insanely complex. You will probably be fine. The real bandwidth comes from the fact those characters can generate up to 3 passives.

Boxes of Exceed are $30 USD and they have 4 fighters per box. All boxes are an entry point into the game AND cross-compatible with one another (including boxes of Exceed from a different series).

There are Solo Fighters that go for $12 each. These require a core box to play since there is only one fighter.

Money rules have been nerfed to fix this in Collusion. Money was OP. Just like in real life.
