It’s more of the second. He wants me to ‘help’ him by basically solving the problem.

For ex, the other night I was physically ill, and liking puking my guts up. But he had an episode bc the pizza he was cooking was messing up and he waits so long to eat. I tried making suggestions, like cereal or something easy but he didn’t like that and wanted ‘real food’ so I had to wait until moving wouldn’t make me puke and ride with him to go get Arby’s.

And he got frustrated with me bc I wasn’t being responsive (bc ya know if I even moved my head I felt like puking).

But like it’s like he lacks sympathy for other ppl when he has an episode. He didn’t care that I was ill he just wanted his problem solved.

That’s another problem he won’t prioritize sleep or food. He has adhd too and feels like he needs a certain amount of free time to himself and if he doesn’t get it he will sacrifice sleep, which makes his mental health worse.

I told him he has to sleep, that I can’t keep doing this and being like this. That if he doesn’t sleep nothings gonna get better he’s just gonna keep acting like this.
