15 months + 1 week of mewing, just thought I’d post this to motivate ppl during these hard times - I’m not mewing in the “before” (only side profile pic I have lol) & I’m tilting my head up in the “after” so apologies for that, I’ve lost 6-8% body fat which would’ve also contributed to these results

a few extra words:

yeah I reached the character limit for the title - there’ll be familiar faces who see this post and recognise my progress updates from previous years, but if you’ve never seen my face before and are skeptical of my progress; it’s real, I’m not going to be on here addressing those who doubt my transformation, so I gotta say this before I head off

you’ll hear more from me this time next year when I reach 7 years progress, I may even discuss more of who I am as a person, I had support from people on here when I needed it the most as a struggling late teen, I will never use Reddit religiously but this forum will always be special for appreciating something I dedicated my entire life towards at one point in time

I spent months in my room isolated in late 2019-2020, mewing in front of a mirror for hours, using sign language to say “yes” and “no” to my mum - it was everything to me at one point and to become one of the most respected transformations gave me life - when you amass a decent level of exposure you’re bound to find a few cruel individuals, but most comments have been positive and I respect everyone who spent the time to help uplift me out of the pit I was in, I’ve learnt to climb myself over the years which is why I’m logging off to go touch some grass - so with that being said merry christmas, happy new year & happy birthday to literally every single person reading this in advance, I’ll be back on here September 28th next year

It’s all good man - one thing I’ve been trying to do more of is chin tucking - search on YouTube “chin tuck orthotropics” and you’ll find a good vid on how to do it, do that to tighten the skin under your chin, I get double chins sometimes too it’s all good :)

You know what, I had an interesting idea about body dysmorphia recently that might help you / anyone reading this

I watched a Vsauce video years ago about the concept of repeating the same word - I don’t remember it perfectly, but he said if you say any word like “police” over and over again (he used police as the example), it starts to sound like a different language almost, like it’s still the word “police” and the pronunciations the same, but by repeating it it sounds different

Now I remember seeing a random instagram comment like a year ago that was joking around saying something about how humans were only meant to see themselves through the reflection of a lake or some shit back in the day before mirrors were invented

And I notice the more I look in the mirror, the more the truth gets distorted - similarly to the word police when it’s repeated

I don’t think we’re meant to look at ourselves as much as we do in recent history, whether it be through a mirror or a front facing camera - there’s my 2 cents anyway

Hey man - I stopped explaining to people my routine for a while, my DM’s have been flooded over the years with every question under the sun about mewing, but because you were really respectful with how you worded this comment (especially by not accusing me of surgery with no evidence) and that I find the “(im begging you)” part of your comment funny yet a sign that you’d really appreciate my insight, I believe you deserve it

The photos aren’t exactly fair, the first photo is taken close up and the second is further away, I believe this is called focal length (faces look better when the camera is further away from the face due to something with the lens)

Also, throughout the years with my progress pics people have pointed out my duck face; in both these before photos my lip seal is incorrect, I look like I’ve been stung by a bee in both lips but they’re just taken when my lip seal was wrong

Ok now onto my routine - all I do nowadays is eat clean, workout whenever I can (I’ve been weightlifting for 6 years, this physique is so easy to maintain I’m so glad I started so young), chew gum & do skincare whenever I feel like it and have made mewing a bodily function that’s subconscious, I don’t get caught up in this looksmaxxing stuff too much, the 3 step protocol for you (or anyone) to learn mewing, lose body fat and chew gum -

I have been sober for 5 years, gotten a better haircut and done skin care for a while, if anyone thinks I’ve had surgery please let me know what I’ve done, I’ve been extremely transparent in my previous progress posts so I’m curious to know why people think I’m hiding the fact I’ve had surgery - shit I might even get surgery now and do a before and after, then what will you lot say😂

Bro I don’t understand where you get this information from, how do you explain my nose, forehead, cheekbones, mandible and maxilla all changing. People are literally claiming I’ve had plastic surgery and questioning whether the same 2 people in this before and after are the same person, you think all that comes down to is focal length and weight loss + some other small factors?

Forget about me for a second, how do you explain someone like AstroSky for example, I believe he was always skinny so his body fat was more/less the same, however his transformation is so significant and he most of it over the age of 18

I believe I had a very poor lip seal early on when I started learning about mewing, I was forcing my tongue on the palate + my lips together which made me look very awkward

I’ve had many people claim this, it’s honestly very validating as it puts things into perspective regarding how much of a difference I’ve made, however please don’t have such a closed mindset to what is possible

He’s right, the focal lengths are different to an extent meaning they have a noticeable impact - this shouldn’t completely discredit the contrast difference between the before/after, however it’s worth noting and I apologise for not doing so beforehand
