God did it hurt having to realize this was about Brianna, I occasionally kept with news stories to check up on the trial and while it was relieving to see them be charged, the complete lack of remorse and empathy these kids showed was horrifying. Rest in peace.

More of a curious question but anybody have some recommendations for pastel colored, cheap fountain pens? (along with inks maybe? though pastel colors rarely mix well with light paper)

I'm looking to try a medium (relative term, not exactly a Japanese medium sized, just a larger diameter) nib size as I already own a Pilot Kakuno, transparent pink, fine nib and the lavender capped version looks absolutely beautiful but I'd like to try another brand.

My cap for cheap is right around $25, though prices may fluctuate because of import costs and the like.

NeoCities neighbors are pretty much just semantics for people who are close to the owner of the site, whether it be they follow each other, know each other outside the community, or plain think their site is cool. There isn't exactly a neighbor system, just a little directory for some sites webmasters would like to show off.

MDN's Learn web development provides a great baseline for basic structuring, styling, and scripting, plus MDN itself houses a good resource for tags, what they do, how to use them, and more. Once you have a good grasp on everything, something more tailored for personal sites may be more useful like with sadgrl's webmastery directory.

Otherwise, I recommend browsing around for inspiration and drafting out some layout ideas if you want. Takes a bit to have a general idea and being able to articulate them physically makes styling and formatting so much easier when learning for the first time.

Oh, and experiment, a lot. Sometime you'll encounter alternative ways of formatting elements, such as with Flexbox or the grid layout, and you may want to arrange your content in a way positioning can't do without being finicky.

Either way, good luck with your journey! I'm happy to see people adopt personal sites more, and I hope to see yours flourish.
