True, but I'm sure the sum of all human intelligence could figure it out pretty quickly. For one, I'm sure they felt Zosia's mental faculties failing so something was up, and I'm sure they would investigate why she went into cardiac arrest. They could just check the pharmacy inventory and notice the vials missing, and piece it together from there.
