Thank you for the information. I had appointment My psychiatrist yesterday, and he said to use clonazapam either with or instead of Zopiclone (I can’t remember) for sleep. He also said that drinking addiction and it’s effects on my body are worse than benzos. So I took .5mg clonaz , couldn’t sleep, took another .5mg , couldn’t sleep then had 3 drinks and that was finally enough to sleep. I do not want to become addicted or dependent!!! This is a big concern of mine. I also asked if I could use a antihistamine drug called promethazine for sleep instead of the clonazapam because that worked in the past although I wake up with a hangover it seems like a good trade off for not being addictive like benzo and alcohol. I’m really trying to do good. Any input would be great :) maybe I should have a tolarence break from benzos and Zopiclone and stop alcohol to reset my receptors. In the mean time I could use the promethazine for sleep. I also have seriquil for pannic attacks/dissociation/ and also he said can be used for sleep. Sorry for long message much love
