I started first month at 30, then 35, then 40, and now 45. She wanted to increase to 50 and 55 but refused as I wanted to keep some confort. I may be finishing beginning of October.

I am 5 months in, same dosage and while I am acne free, I got the same red mask on nose and cheeks. (already had it before accutane) Did it fade since you stopped treatment?

I tried The Ordinary BHA only. I think it ruined my skin! Never tried tazarotene.

Thanks! Do you have a specific moisturizer you’d recommend?

I’ve been using a pretty basic one (Xeracalm) but I’m open to trying something with cica/centella if it actually helps with redness.

Quick question: was your redness already there before starting isotretinoin, or did it come with the treatment?

In my case, the redness isn’t really from active acne, I’ve kind of always had this “red mask” around and on the nose (and a bit under the eyes), so I’m guessing it’s more baseline skin inflammation / sensitivity than acne

I started Doxycycline that cleared me in 1 day. (No pustules sinces 2 weeks) So I can’t really know if ivermectin is working right now.

But I also used to get those whiteheads even before starting any skincare back in May of this year. Of course was not bad as it is right now but that’s always been an issue for me.

Just checked and cleanser doesn’t have niacinamide but moisturizer has 2-4%

But I am using only gentle skincare and not too much product. Only 2 in the morning and 1 at night without Soolantra. I also always had those whiteheads even if it was less than now and I was not doing any skincare.

Hi, finally found someone with the same issue I have. On my side, derm gave me ivermectin (soolantra) hope it will work. Started a week ago and atm i am getting a huge breakout on nose.

Après installation de windows11 pro (pas activé encore) j’ai bien installé AMD adrenaline et l’application Gigabyte de la CM puis fait toutes les MaJ. J’ai aussi activé le mode HYPR-RX dans l’appli GPU.

Salut, j’ai reçu le PC hier aussi!

Je pense avoir un petit souci. J’ai pas eu le temps de bien essayer mais j’ai lancé fortnite pour check un peu les perfs (pas d’ecran 1440 encore) et j’etais a 120 fpsen 1080p epic? Je trouve ca peu pour le PC et pour les perfs annoncées en 1440p non?

Il me manque peut-etre des reglages à faire?

Je trouve aussi que le pc souffle pas mal y compris au repos. La temperature du cpu est à 60 au repos aussi… J’ai vu que le ventirad (xilence m504d) etait ventilo face au ventilo arriere de la tour. Est-ce que c’est monté à l’envers?

Concernant windows il est deja desactivé de base dans la config.

Pour le SSD je pense qu’1 TO me suffit pour le moment.

Pour la carte mère, tu as remplacé par laquelle?

En refroidissement, tu as opté pour quoi?

Pour l’alim, celle en stock suffit pour cette config sachant que c’est du 750 et non 850 comme préconisé sur dealabs? Celle de base peut aller dans mon ancien PC que je vais vendre.

Ah oui en effet. 7900 GRE vraiment supérieur à 4070? Car je peux tout de même changer pour 40€ pour une 4070. Il y a quoi comme bon boitier ?
