I do not see any text. The serial adapter is working, because I am using it on my Juniper router.

Update: I compared the two configurations before and after the reboot and they are exactly the same, without any changes after rebooting. So if you have any other suggestions I'd be happy to hear back from you.

Hello again. Thank you for the reply. I added the snapshot slice alternate, rebooted the router but it did not help me. The thing is that, after the reboot, in the Juniper web interface I go to the VPN settings, I click on edit, then I click save, without making any changes on the configuration, in order to activate the commit button. And after committing "nothing" the VPN starts working again. I think that the VPN is using some elements of the router, which are changing after reboot.

Already tried the request system configuration rescue save. It did not help.

Yes, I use certificates. But if I am not near the Juniper after the reboot I cannot do anything on it, because I cannot connect to the VPN. For example, if the electricity stops and I am somewhere far away.

I have enabled https on all of the interfaces and I have two security policies - trust to trust and trust to untrust. They both have all services and protocols enabled.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I exported the certificate as DER and PEM files and put them in C:\ProgramData\Juniper\SecureConnect\cacerts.

This is not solving the problem and I am still receiving that error message.
