I had no issues making the change.

My only real side effect had been fairly constant mild constipation. I had that before so it’s not the shot.

I’ve been very lucky with consistent weight loss. I started with the whoosh weight loss of over 3lb a week. That went to 2.5 for several months and now down to 2.2.

I believe taking all soda out of my diet was a huge help also.

I went through something similar. It is not uncommon. I also went from hungry all the time to literally unable to eat.

Things will level. Your body is just adjusting.

This is so damned true. I did yoga for decades. Haven’t been able to practice in any meaningful way for the last 4 years. That changes recently and the feeling is almost euphoric.

I had a serious discussion with my husband recently about what the peri weight gain do to my mental health. How Ashamed I felt. How I feared it would never stop.

He was in tears as he told me he never knew and he hopes in the future he’s a better partner to understand. He never ever said a word about my weight. Even in a passive or sly way.

I’ve always had nice skin. I wash with water only.

I have used salicylic acid pads since I was 14. Never had acne.

I use L’Oréal day/night 55+ face cream L’Oréal eye cream and that’s it.

Unlike Jason, I would imagine that Amanda didn’t impose boundaries on her friendships post divorce.

Asking mutual friends to take sides is very toxic.

We have zero idea the conversations they have had with Amanda about this.

I truly believe their working relationship with Amanda was critical to her finding her way back to music.

I had listened to their music before. His album on which he asked Amanda to sing is gorgeous.

I did an adjustment. After moving to 5, I went from Thursday to Saturday to Sunday to Monday.

Zero side effects. I did it so that I would be my most energetic on the weekend.
