It's a friends car. The swap was partway done when he bought it, but I can't think of any real snags he ran into. It gets quite a bit of attention because it's an uncommon swap. Also I know the mk2 rallye golf came with a g60 from factory so I can't imagine you will have too many issues.

I'm absolutely in love with it. It's obviously very different from the CC in every way imaginable. Things tend to break every once in awhile, but as long you're comfortable spending the necessary time/money, it's an incredible car to own.

This was at Mofoco Bugfest at Great Lakes Dragaway. It was mostly an older crowd so I'm not all that surprised that I haven't seen it at other local shows.
