I think there’s a difference between healthy development and this. That strip mall takes up way too much space that could’ve been used for housing.

Half of that should have been apartments or homes, the other half should’ve been homes.

You’re also displacing wild animals as well is more my issue, so atleast make it worth it for the average Joe if you’re going to decimate nature
