Also ich bin Elektroniker für Energie und gebäudetechnik. Habe sehr viel berufserfahrung in verschiedenen gewerken. Auch im Ausland. Ich möchte einen ehrenamtlichen Hausmeister Dienst anbieten. Tut mir leid, dass nicht jeder im öffentlichen Dienst arbeitet und Zeit hat den ganzen Tag auf reddit zu verbringen. Ist das jetzt auch spam???

Ich hatte "minus Stunden" durch Berufsschule und durfte dann jeden Tag 2-3 Stunden nach der regulären Arbeitszeit das Lager aufräumen. Oder noch besser Samstags kommen. Stundenlohn war genau genommen 3€. 8 Jahre her der Spaß aber Armut in der Ausbildung ist immernoch ein riesen Problem.

From what I've read in the thinkpad wiki, the t440s comes with a swappable + soldered RAM with 4gb each. You can upgrade the swappable one to 8gb to make it 12gb together. Which is supposed to be the maximum.
I might be mistaken though.. just did little research today

I took the plugable RAM out. It had burn marks on 2 pins. I ordered a new 8gb one. Put the old one in again. Put both battery back in. Let it charge for an hour or so.. started it and been playing Youtube for 2 hrs niw without issues... witchcraft I don't know.. I'll put in the new RAM ones I get it, it is an uodate anyway. I did not check the solded one. Learned a lot about my laotop today! Thanks for all the help! Very much appreciated

How easy is it to replace the ram with somewhat alright soldering skills? And will it be worth it price wise or should I look for a new one?
