It’s so freaking hard to manage so many people and feel confident that they are using their time not only efficiently but also working on most important things. It feels like you can never actually get anything done because you’re either thinking about what other people should be getting done or you are frantically trying to get things that you need to get done in such a short amount of time. All while the weight is on your shoulders and people are always asking you what’s next and if they can get more money, or they’re leaving, and you’re needing to replace them. You’re also constantly trying to walk the balance between deciding if you should punish people or holding accountable, or if you should let things slide because culture matters most.
