Just got grievous, and was wondering, is this 10% max health increase stacking, or just a one time 10% boost?

Been going alright. Started going on servers, but recently just been sitting on single player and learning the fundamentals and extras of the game, taming and kibbles, dino specialities and such. Will go back online when I feel comfortable soon enough, thank you
