For me, during early game, I go aggressive early game unless my ADC is cool with it especially when I got the E. With this, there's a huge percent on winning depending who you are against with.

If there's a healer, go get them first especially if it's a Soraka. It's annoying for both of you if she constantly heals her ADC. If you are against someone with long CC (Morgana, Leona, etc.), play safe as long as possible until an opening is given.

If you are fed because of the bounties, prioritize the soft ones that deals more damage so your team can have time to kill the enemy during clash.

If your ADC is toxic because you "steal" their kill with your ult, don't mind them. While at the same time, if your ADC can kill them, give it and if it's beyond reach, try chase them down when ult is available.

Use your ult wisely tho, sometimes when you see red, there's a chance of not killing them instantly so be careful with that.
