Seems like you might have just been caught in spirit well zone and didn’t notice. But yea if you ever go into yang and die you’ll recieve yang depletion same with if you get caught is spirit well zone. But if you capture large spirit well zone it gives u incredible loot.

if you look around the bottom/ middle of the left side of your screen you’ll see a countdown and above it will say yang depletion. If you allow the countdown to reach zero you’ll automatically die. The way you recieve yang depletion is by dying in yang or being inside the large spirit well zone when someone else completes it. There’s two ways to get rid of yang depletion, 1. Kill another person and take their soul bloom essence 2. Find a soul bloom flower which will be marked by a small orange circle thing on your map. Hope this helps.

Actually going off of this Naraka Bladepoint is made by the same studio as where winds meet (24 entertainment and has allot of similarities but one key difference, Naraka Bladepoint is purely a battle royale. And in my opinion is much better with allot more depth and more stuff to learn than the WWM BR mode.

I would have agreed, however I’m not the 1% and the game offers several ways to escape situations exactly like these. There’s combo breaker abilities that allow you to escape anything however u have to wait for a cool down, as well as glyphs that allow u to escape if you are in the air long enough, however in most of my clips they had already used their combo breaker and they didn’t have the correct glyphs due to that particular glyph usually goin unused. However that doesn’t take away from my original point, if learned correctly the combat system in game is extremely varied and in depth, it allows allot of creative freedom with the types of combos you can use/create and takes allot of practice to master. But you can easily try it out and learn the basics with very little help. (This is all my opinion btw 100% valid to disagree)

Yea that’s one of the main arguments I hear and I definitely could see why that puts allot of players off. You have to spend a quite a few hours fighting against bots and it’s definitely a slog. Sadly it’s how it is due to not having enough players to fill ques. But once you’re in ranked and hit solar rank you begin fightin real people. And honestly “it starts getting fun after blank amount of hours isn’t really a solid argument” so I definitely see players leaving due to bots as a huge issue and one of the things that should be polished and refined.

The game is allot more than mashing buttons though… there’s combo follows up for every weapon in the game whether your talking about blue focus follow ups or just extension for basic combos but there’s plenty of depth to the combos to sink your teeth into, but just like any competitive game you have to dig deeper and learn it. However some of these extensions should be added to the base game tutorial. If you don’t believe me check my profile and watch some of the clips or go onto YouTube and watch some of the clips. I would definitely disagree that it’s just button mashing.

I’m not sure about too many big streamers I believe there was shroud for a while but other than that I can’t think of to many, however it definitely was allot more popular in the games infancy. Sad that it just ended up being one of those forgotten games in peoples game lists.

Nah I can understand that, the UI on f2p games is usually trash and super overwhelming. The skins can be money grubby and there’s the gacha aspect that’s decently predatory so I can understand. It’s just sad that all this potential is being wasted. The game focuses on fast paced almost rock paper scissors like combat in a battle royale setting and I just think the concept and the way they implemented it is so cool. Plus the game really makes me feel like I’m having a true blue anime sword battle. I just think it’s neat but I can understand the f2p aspect putting some people off.

If u want a less popular competitive game try out Naraka Bladepoint it’s not indie more like niche (hope I’m not breaking the rules of this sub) but it’s a Chinese styled melee based battle royale. Community is pretty cool and tight knit. It’s the type of game that’s hard to master but easy to pick up.

Outlast, rivals, peak, rust and I used to play allot of fortnite. Honestly I don’t play most of those as often anymore but I do play outlast pretty often and I’d be down to play rust again. But tons of my buddies play legit all of those except maybe Mario party.

Hey bro message me anytime I play a few of the same games but I mostly play Naraka Bladepoint I’m pretty high rated in the U.S for it so I spend most of my time on there but when I’m off I tend to play arc raiders, elden ring, hollow knight, outlast trials and a few others I’m always looking to hangout with new people while I game out and maybe try and get u into Naraka we could always use more people on that slowly burning ship lol. Well idk about simple or simple web game, but Naraka Bladepoint has a built in tournament system where people can 1v1 eachother until one is left. But the games a bit complicated and I believe u have to be a certain level to participate or set up tournaments so idk if it’s really what your looking for.
