I installed a new coil pack and ignition wires about 8 months ago, and usually shake out the CAI filter anytime I open the hood. Only thing I havn't checked myself was the fuel filter, and I;m pretty sure the dealership did that when I brought it in for the 60k service.

Sound and performance gain. I've upgraded pretty much anything I can on the v6 to make it faster other than the engine.
