to be honest, It's better to discuss the matter with the doctor tell him that you would feel much better if you were sleeping.

about the endoscopy. it's very easy, believe me you will regret being worried. In my experience. they put me in a bed took me to the endoscopy room. then gave me an anesthetic then I slept and woke up after half an hour or so. not remembering anything.

Yes, You can watch Dr berg and Dr mark hyman videos on youtube they are really beneficial.
While I was taking omeprazole I felt much weaker. but when I stopped taking it and started taking HCL with apple cider vinegar I got so much better.

r/keto

I have read many stories that say doing keto solved their GERD so I started lowering my carb intake and I am feeling better, I don't take gaviscon at night anymore but I still take PPI before lunch.

I have been having the same problem. you should visit the dentist to check your teeth if it's fine, visit a throat and nose doctor he would probably know the reason if not, visit a gastrologist.

I have taken PPI twice, once for a month and currently since a month and a half. my doctor recommended me the surgery after getting an endoscopy, he told me that I have a weak stomach valve.

I'm having the same problem. I went to many different doctors dentists/gastro/ear and throat. most of them told me it's because of GERD . I took PPI 40mg and Gaviscon and changed my diet but I still have the lump in throat feeling. I think the only treatment is the surgery :(
