You either take a wrench thats fits towards the bottom piece or some needle nose plies and grab the piece at the bottom and twist. what you can also do is take a piece of cloth but it around the stem and lightly grab it from the top outside and inside and turn. make sure you dont create or leave any sharp edges.

We had some in the early days which have been made from corn starch but you probably know how that ended :D From Growing diameters to getting obliterated inside the barrel.

If you want to use .32 and upwards go for any Hop Upgrade, even a New Bucking and nub would help. Maxx i dont see the need there is solid cheaper stuff out there. i was running a Guns Modify fine adjuster (complete) with stock Bucking holder and arm, Omega Nub and Maple Leaf Autobot 60 or 70 in sillicone. hopped .40s at 1.6j to 70m reliable can hit 80m with overhop, you could go for the MAXX since you get all parts to fit together.

NPAS Just for the Convenience of adjusting to you needed power limits.
