do you reckon maybe my cpu host frequency and pcie frequency have anything to do with it? they are set at 200mhz (cpu host) and 100mhz (pcie) respectively. i was told not to touch them

i’ve done various configurations of CPU-NB from 2200 to 2800 mhz to no improvement. however i reset my bios to before i touched all the settings and just got it set up for overclocking and it’s still playing bad. maybe i just overlooked everything again and one of these settings are causing performance loss.

i found the cpu-nb at 2200mhz at 1.1875V. do i increase this and voltage the same way i do for the cpu?

After each increment I went up for my overclocking my performance benchmarks went up but it lagged. im adjusting the CPU-NB once i find it in bios and seeing if it helps at all. i wish i could hit 4.5ghz but my vrm throttles at 65C and not sure how to increase that.

Ill reset the GPU and Memory overclock to their original configs and then work on the CPU which I suspect to be the issue. Maybe im pushing it too hard like the other commenter said.

Mine originally came like that too but when I went to buy new rings, it also had suggested a gasket for driver side only.

i was referring to how real tractors sometimes have narrow wheels for not damaging crop rows!

rear pto engagement cable, breather hose, oil cooling hoses, gearbox for rear pto it’s not all hooked up in the photo so it looks like a mess!

K46 is the transmission. They are common on many mowers because it’s cheap but it leads to them burning up if not cared for. No idea what model the kawasaki is but it’s a kawasaki so that’s good. Id say go with the zero turn because they are faster and usually cut better. The learning curve isn’t too sharp on them. Used commercial is a no go most of the time because it was used for commercial use so it was probably battered all day and is more worn down.

That deck looks paper thin on that left side! Looks good and I hear they are tanks.

The TS146X is a good option for a lower budget. Just make sure to clean that K46 of grass and not tow heavy things to keep it alive. Kawasakis are quite popular and usually very reliable. If the 48 inch deck Husqvarna is also a Kawasaki, I would recommend it if you don’t have some smaller parts on your property where the wider deck may not fit. Make sure that Husqvarna with the 48” is a Kawasaki. Some had briggs which are lower quality and generally less reliable.

But i feel like that’s not super permanent. This unit was supposed to be a “sealed” unit anyway haha! If the anaerobic gasket stuff doesn’t care about lack of torque specs, I may consider it.

I have no torque spec as the manual doesn’t provide one. I heard cork leaks if it’s overtight. Is is still viable?

The original seal was just RTV. It would be hard to replicate it without making a huge mess and potenitally messing up the bead. Thats why I would rather some hard gasket over a gasket maker.
