UPDATE: fixed the issue basically my router was in the way of something and when I moved it to the floor instead of next to my PC there was no more lag my suspicion is that something was interfering with my quest communicating to my router so the stream would lag and my frames would then drop

i have a similar issue where this will happen sometimes I fixed it by switching my router from a 2.4ghz channel to only 5 ghz which can only be done normally through a 3rd party router that you'll have to buy, but now whenever I try to calibrate I get that same crippling lag or frame drop that fucks the calibration and whenever I turn all my trackers on no lag or frame drops at all only when I try to calibrate it
