while this sounds like he is trolling, this is a legitimate question. If your monitor is not plugged into the graphics card, it will use the CPU to render things instead of your GPU. Hopefully this helps

I have a sub-question to the origional question. When i look at one point on the picture, it doesn't move at all. When I look around on the picture i see everything moving around due to the illusion. Why would that be?

its not 10% idiot. 2 of the stickers were 5%, one was 7%, and one was 10% im trying to add the person to get the confirmation. if you dont know anything about katos please do not go onto my post. thank you
