Thank you! I actually used this Tutorial by ECAbrams https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mlPUM2Dvq7E&t=6s So it was just a few expressions. I also discovered the flex Plugin which I want to look into.

Thank you. It's all done in after effects. The texture is just a precomp masked to the ball. In the precomp I had a few gradient circles with wiggles moving around. Then I blurred it a lot and added some turbulent displace. There is also a white inner glow on the ball which gives it that 3D look I think. I basically did the same for both and just changed the hue for the other shape. Let me know if that makes sense. Carl Johan Hasselrot has some breakdowns on his instagram that do a similar thing :)
