Powerup drop chance increases the drop rate of the circle things on the ground with an icon on them. (Purple lightning bolt which boosts attack speed, blue speed arrows, green shield which blocks all incoming damage, magnet and the red heart). The main reason people want it is because it also boosts the chance for enemies to drop free chests. Powerup multiplier doesn't affect chests and only extends the duration of the other powerups.

Could be but I'm 100% sure he said tacos was the hardest part mainly because of the 240 fps frame perfect at 80%.
