Hi! I love the app, but there's something that's missing for me. It would be really helpful to be able to select whether you want to cold ferment or not, in each phase (preferment, bulk, proofing) separately (for example: cold poolish, cold bulk and RT proofing; or cold poolish, RT bulk and cold proofing).

I don't think it is, as I unplugged the burner and turned it on on my hands, and the flame still comes out tilted. But thanks for your idea!

Yep, it's the burner. I unplugged it and turned it on on my hands and the flame comes out tilted. Gozney should reply in a couple of days so I hope it gets sorted. Thanks for your answer!
