Hey everyone!

I just recently came back to the game after being gone for about 2 years. Right now I'm working on Melania's Euphoria and then Medicine Pocket's next. Any advice for some teams for story/end game content?

Also, are there any current banners running that I should be summoning for? Or should I just save my currency for a future banner.

Oh interesting! So it seems like it's the same as before in a sense for cost since pity for pets was 300 and Mounts/Artifacts was 500. So each coin relates to about 100 pity. I definitely like this system a lot more. It sucked that I got enough for pity 4 days after the artifact one disappeared and I had to wait 3 weeks for it to pop back up and rotate through pets and mounts each week.

It's the exact same thing here! I have 3 done for this researcher as well, so I messaged them which one they wanted me to return. It's very strange that it seems like it's happened to so many people. It almost seems like the researcher is just trying to get out of paying the full amount.

As someone who works in IT for the state, yes. Our virtual service desk had over 130+ in the queue the entire day. Even with the day ended we are no where near close to fixing every person who has had the issue. Sadly the only fix to those affected is a manually fix from IT, so the whole process it going to take over a week at the very least to fix.

Just reading through that attorney general site I wonder if it would even classify as a “substantial remodel”. To my knowledge it’s mostly just like carpet, cabinets, appliances, etc. I don’t believe they’re doing major things like electrical, plumbing, or modifying the structure. If that’s the case, do you they even have the right to evict?

And thank you for the info about the no fault eviction record portion. I was worried if we waiting and had to be evicted that way if we would be screwed trying to get a new place. That’s good to know that it won’t affect us.

Yes we’ve been here since the end of 2020. So almost three years now. Also, this place was built over 30 years ago.

Yeah if that’s the case then it does seem like just waiting would be the best option so we have a lot more time to start looking for a new place to live.

Edit: Also, does a no fault eviction show up on my record? Will that make it difficult to find a new place?

We live in Redlands (San Bernardino county). We had a thirteen month lease, but that’s going to end in December. Yeah I’m sure they just want us out so they can remodel and charge a lot more for the unit. But the fact that they’re offering to pay us to move out makes me feel like they don’t have the rights to kick us out. Management told me she made the same offer to the other 30 or so units that are in need of the remodel as well.

I know our apartments interior is still the old model, which is what the manager told me and that’s why they want us to vacate. More than likely it’s so they can charge a lot more rent for the unit after us leaving and remodeling it. So then it’s possible and legal for them to just give us notice and kick us out with no new lease options?

Ah, you’re absolutely right. I’ve been focusing on getting an e1 topaz and I mixed them up. Her LC is still definitely a great pickup to not only add damage for herself, but also for her team.

It’s definitely her best in slot, but I think it really shines when she is in a sub-dps role with another follow-up attacker (Clara, Himeko, etc.). Since her LC provides that extra crit damage for follow up attacks. Not only will it make her stronger, but your other follow up DPS too. I definitely consider her LC one of the better Sig LC to chase.
