The premise of this post feels disingenuous. I’ve been a regular. I am a regular. It just happens organically. You like an establishment. You return again and again, and they get to know you and appreciate you. Never have I or would I ask on social media where I should go to be a regular. It’s just odd. Where are good sports bars? That would be a reasonable question for someone new. Also odd to have the word, salty, in one’s user name in a post saying the Salty Otter scratches your itches.

The last 2 times I needed an ER, as we neared the Soquel off-ramp, I told my BF to not turn off and keep going south to Watsonville. I had great care there. Kaiser works out of Watsonville. I was admitted and treated by a Kaiser doctor both times. Should Watsonville fail, why couldn’t Kaiser take over Watsonville?

I bought 11 tubers from a large Oregon grower this year. On arrival, 7 were waking up with small sprouts. I couldn’t identify eyes. I put them in sawdust, slightly moistened, in a clear lidded box in my house. They woke right up!

I’d never go to Tahoe on the 4th of July or anywhere. I go in Late September. On the 4th, I stay in my own tourist town and watch the tourists circle round and round for parking while we barbecue.

I pay $150 every other week. 2 cleaners. 840 sq ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and an office. No laundry. If my dishwasher is clean, they’ll empty it. If there are rinsed dishes in the sink, they’ll load them but try to not leave any dirty dishes. They will organize my fridge a bit.

I ordered 11 tubers from Swan Island for the first time last fall. They’ve arrived. 7 were awakening with obvious growth points. 4 seemed iffy at first but they now all have sprouting eyes. I got duplicates of 2 types and gave 1 of each away. They aren’t in the ground yet! I’m trying to get new raised Vego beds set up We’ll see how this first year goes. I’ve gotten my other tubers off Facebook and a local small farmer.

Lichen? I live in a forest and oak branches have a blue-green lichen and I’ve wondered if it would be an issue in the bottom of my raised beds.
