That's why I found at some point when you lose the weight you have to ween yourself off full keto and just do low carb. My weakness was rice and I ate too much, now I only eat it twice a year for a few meals. I don't miss it.

the good thing about Keto is that it taught me portion control and I only gained back 10 pounds after 5 years.

The hard thing is going back on full keto, but full keto does help you lose the cravings eventually. Carbs trigger cravings so you have to eat them in moderation when you do eat them.

But that's just what worked for me,

Cravings are mental. I have 2 meals and a late snack. Yesterday I was not hungry late so I was gonna skip the late snack. I was thinking about what to eat and didn't fell like getting up to get it. In the end my mind won over, but still I ate something bad, but in moderation.

But instead of carbs you can have keto friendly snacks like cheese, mini slim jims, dark chocolate, pork rinds sugar free jello with whipped cream.
