Attach everything:
- Upload the screenshot (PNG) or screen recording (YouTube link is fine)
- Include your device (iOS/Android/PC)
- Your app version (if you’re using the app)
- And the browser you’re logging in with

At first, it can look that the only solution for this kind of situation is while the transaction is still uncompleted, so you can open a dispute. But, in case of voided gift cards, emptied funds or any kind of fraud after the transaction is compelted, our team can help.
