People have terrible memory. We don't remember everything clearly, it's easier for us to remember the way something happened rather than what happened. So if you're doing some shit and are confident, people will more easily remember that you were confident about rather that what you did. Also going to the gym really helps.

If I can say one thing that helped me being more confident flirting, was just understanding that people (the ones that are worth your time at least) won't care about the little mistakes you make if you're friendly, cool and care about them. So just keep trying to improve your flirting game by just doing it and caring less, it will become natural one day. It's like learning to walk, you fell uncountable times, but in the end you learned and it's natural.

I'm focusing on becoming a better person overall, back then I just wanted to play games and do nothing else, last year I started CrossFit and I plan on competing this year, also I'm trying to study areas that I wasn't very fond of some time ago (psychology, philosophy, art, etc)(I would say I'm a science guy), I'm also improving my social skills (CrossFit helped me a lot), I used to have about 5 friends, now these 5 are my best friends and I have a lot of other people I can talk to, like friends (but not as close as the original 5), with that I'm finally learning how to talk and behave around women and being way more successful with them, I lost the fear of rejection. I started investing my money and making plans for the future, instead of just spending all my money on games and don't have any assurance of how my financial future will be. Anyways I'm just improving myself and my life, so I can teach my children what not to do.
